Previewing portraits online is now available,
allowing selection of images and ordering from your home.
Select your images and call Graphic
Impressions to place your order.

Portrait Online Previews
Follow the simple steps below to view images and place an order.
| Step 1 |
Customers or Event names are listed in the
Events Online box to the left. |
| Step 2 |
Select the customer name you are
interested in viewing and you will be directed to a password
protected part of the site. |
| Step 3 |
Enter the supplied User Name and
then the Password to gain access. Call our customer to get
access to these passwords. |
| Step 4 |
Use the navigation buttons below the large mage to
preview poses or select the thumbnail on the left to
display a larger image. |
| Step 5 |
To Navigate between the gallery of images and this
On Line Preview page, use your Arrows in the the browser
to take you back and forth. |
| Step 6 |

Call about pickup arrangements or
shipping prices and information. We use Fedx, UPS, Speedy,
DHL, US Post office. UPS is our standard shipment. |
Pricing Sheets: Select the
pricing sheet that pertains to the type of portrait order you are
viewing.
Our studio is open Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12 Noon.
Calling in your order by telephone is a secure way to pass credit
information to our studio. We accept Money orders, Checks, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover. Personal checks and money orders will
be cleared thru our bank before shipment of your order will occur.

Please contact
our customer to secure the unique Username and Password required to enter
the Preview area.

Select the
customers name in the box to the left, enter the Username and Password
supplied by our Customer/Event to gain access.

The Photo gallery will remain online until the end date
that is printed adjacent to the customer name.

Trouble Shooting Problems:
1. Monitor Display Problems do occur
because there are 14, 15, 17, 19 inch monitors dating back 4 to
5 years that are set at the wrong screen resolution. Right click
your mouse on the desktop, select properties, select settings
and reset your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher.
2. If you are having trouble getting
online to our site, double check that you are still connected to
the web.
3. If your Username and password do not
work to give you access:
-
Check that you have the correct Username
& Password.
-
Check that you spell them correctly when
entered.
-
The type case is sensitive (Upper, Lower
Case)
-
That any special characters
that appear within the names are present.
-
That you are correctly entering the
information in the right location, Username only goes
into that slot and Password only goes there.

Easiest way to enter the correct names
is to copy and paste the names
4. Check to see that you have the latest
version of your browser
5. Check to see if you have a flash
viewer or Adobe Reader, if not download the player or reader
from www.adobe.com
6. Call us for assistance at the numbers
below if all else fails and we will walk you through the problem
to help you gain access.
Usernames and passwords are only given out by
our customers, please do not ask us to supply you with those
items.
