Ceremony
For the Bride and Groom who wish us to cover their ceremony
from start to finish. Coverage starts before the bride is
dressed and ends at the hall for a cake cutting shot. Each Bride
and Groom consults with the photographer before the event to
help decide their coverage and the details pertaining to the
their wedding day. Working closely with the studio helps to make
everything run smoothly. Brides and Grooms can hire the
photographer for additional hours to cover portions or all
of the reception.

- No limit on number of photos taken. Pre-Church, Ceremony, Formals in the Church, Park stop

date. With Ala Carte ordering you can select just the
services you need without sacrificing quality wedding
portraits. Graphic Impressions photographic coverage of your
event is comprehensive and the Bride and Groom get to select
from all of the images we capture to complete their dream
pack.

Package 3: Formal Portraits at
Locations *
Up to 2.5 hours of Photographer time for wedding
Portraiture scheduled before or after the ceremony only.
Coverage is for formal groups, families, wedding party,
guests, friends and
Bride & Groom indoors and/or outdoors at any site within
the 2.5 hours.
No limit on groups and ceremony photography
is not available
in the cost of this package. All 2.5 hours must be
contiguous. All portraits and location
photography must be completed within the 2.5 hour session.
Photo Previews will be placed online for a period of 90 days
for ordering. Couples get a preview CD with
thumbnail sheets and order forms for placing an order. No
guests with cameras will be allowed to photograph during the
setup and taking of formal
groupings.
Location Portrait Package Includes:
- Up to 2.5 contiguous hours of coverage
- Mileage fees of $.65 per mile to and from studio
- Unlimited formal/informal portraits at the
church/location within the 2.5 hours of
coverage.
- Wedding portraits will be online for 90 days for
purchase.
- Couple is supplied with a CD Rom of their
Portrait images for viewing and ordering,
Photos are copyrighted and CD will not allow printing of
images.
- Thumbnail sheets containing all images taken
- Order forms for placing an order.
- Locations such as parks/nursing homes/homes are
allowed if within the 2.5 hours.
- Prints, Wedding Albums, Table Top Albums, Parents
Albums, Multimedia CD's available at additional cost at
a later date.
