Event Photography is scheduled for reunions, church
directories, youth sports
programs, proms & dances, bank and business
promotions to name a few. Special occasions afford an
opportunity to photograph people participating in a program or offer
portraits as an incentive for a business to show
appreciation for a valued customer.
Coupons can be created for your customers as a thank you
for their business. The coupons will assist us in getting
their portrait done by showing times, the location of
studio setups and their free offer.
We can accommodate any request by setting up a location
studio with the ability to preview images on site. Our
photographers will travel to a sport, banquet, anniversary,
business location or school dance event
and set up the necessary background/lighting to accommodate
portraits for that event. Packages are offered and minimum
orders apply.
We strive
to be competitive in pricing and offer you more value for our
service.
Participants placing orders will go on-line. Just go
On-line, select images, order
the Minimum
and any extras from our online instructions page. Have parents,
participants and
friends view the images and decide which package and print
combinations you wish to order. Photos will appear online for
60 days. Customers should call the participant
families for the username and password required to view
the images for that event.
Sport/Team, Dance/Prom
Minimum orders are required with these programs before any
individual prints can be purchased. Consult your price
sheets distributed by your coaches.
On-Line Proofing:
Anyone placing an order and groups will be placed
online to allow viewing of the images by family and friends.
Orders can be placed over the phone by anyone wishing to
place an order. Minimums will apply for those portraits that
have not met the minimum.

school name/program name, year of participation,
team color and logo if desired.
- Participants that did not have their
individual photo taken at the time of the shoot can
come to the studio to have it taken. This option is
not offered by any other studio doing event
photography.
Photography Images by Graphic Impressions
are covered by the US Copyright Act and may not be
duplicated without the express permission of the Studio.
Current pricing will apply for all services.

people who gain access to the event activity gallery images
and misuse them for any purpose.
